Without the ability to flex plan, we would not be able to meet the technology curriculum's needs. We also need to take into account that the more we expect our teachers to teach, the less time there is for activities that are imbedded in technology. |

Maybe we need to have some teachers or technology staff that help create lessons, support lessons, or just are a go-to person for a teacher that has an idea. They could also help stimulate teachers to use the technology. If the teachers are expected to use the technology and do everything else, it may be too much for them at this point. |
